Our History
Chowles & Capelle Capital was founded by Timothy Chowles & Andrew Capelle in November 2024 with a vision of delivering high, risk-adjusted returns for themselves and their investors. Tim and Andrew established the firm with the ambitious goal of acquiring their first real estate deal before graduating college. Chowles & Capelle Capital focuses on acquiring, improving, and operating multifamily properties across the Sunbelt Region of the United States.
Andrew Capelle is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Chowles & Capelle Capital. Andrew oversees the day-to-day operations, which include market research, deal sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, and investor relations.
Along with his goals for Chowles & Capelle Capital, Andrew is currently pursuing a double major in Finance and Managerial Economics at Illinois State University, with plans to graduate in December 2025. During his time in school, Andrew has gained valuable experience working for the real estate private equity firms Kaski Hospitality Partners, Southern Waters Capital, and Sweetbay Capital in various roles including asset management, market analysis, and acquisition analysis. Additionally, Andrew worked as a student leasing agent at Young America Realty in Normal, Illinois, where he acquired essential customer service and property management experience.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Andrew enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart, Nicole.
